My path has led me through travels on six continents, the journey of infertility and adoption, divorce, parenting one lovely child to adulthood, hours and hours of therapy, hundreds - maybe even thousands - of self-help books, classes and conversations. You might have already encountered some of my writings. Although I'm a certified life coach with a degree in psychology, my greatest credential is that I sincerely walk the path of personal growth myself, day in and day out.
Like Gandhi, I believe that all roads lead to the center. We are all on the path towards enlightenment. To me, the ultimate purpose of life is to express the joy and well-being of your true nature, available to each one of us, regardless of circumstances. My goal is to help people remember who they really are (and remind myself at the same time!).
